The current industry lacks full performance development, referring to the retraction of specific fundamentals, on-field movement standards, game strategies, self-corrective methods and leadership development. This stems from the lack of experienced instructors in the area which leads into particular steps being omitted and sacrificed during training.

BATLX will focus on functional performance development and health, from the beginning. We will start each athlete with the core elements of explosive fundamentals, followed by specific techniques and total body performance and development. Creativity in teaching methods and experience will set us apart from our competitors, using both repetition and variation and our process will create sound performance and athleticism without sacrificing health. We believe that an athlete must have fun and truly enjoy what he or she is doing to learn successfully.
